Our Roasted Garlic Honey combines pure Fernbank Honey with the deep, mellow flavour of roasted garlic. The roasting takes away garlic's sharp edge and leaves behind something rich, savoury and slightly sweet that pairs beautifully with honey.
Use it as a glaze for chicken, pork or salmon, drizzle it over roasted vegetables, add it to marinades and dressings, pair it with cheese, or brush it onto warm bread.
Made in small batches and sun-infused in Eastern Ontario.
