Sweet first. Heat second. Then you’ll probably want another drizzle.
Our Hot Pepper Honey starts with pure Fernbank Honey, infused with dried hot peppers to create an addictive balance of sweet honey and slow-building heat.
Drizzle it over pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables, cheese, charcuterie, grilled meats or anything else that could use a little sweet heat.
Made in small batches and sun-infused right here in Eastern Ontario.
